Welcome to Zynos AI! By accessing our website and utilizing our AI Video Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Use of Service

Zynos AI provides a cloud-based studio that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate short-form videos (9:16 aspect ratio), including voice cloning, cinematic b-rolls, talking avatars, and automatic captions. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Subscription Flow & No Free Trial: Zynos AI is a paid mobile application. There is **no free trial** or free tier available. In order to access the creator studio and generate videos, you must choose and purchase an active subscription plan or in-app credit pack directly inside the app.
• In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing: All subscriptions and in-app products are processed and managed securely through Google Play Store In-App Purchases (and/or Apple App Store In-App Purchases). Payments, auto-renewals, and credit provisioning are handled in accordance with the transaction rules of Google Play. We do not store your direct credit card details.
• Credit System: Video generation credits are issued based on your active billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of each subscription period and do not roll over. Additional credit packs (in-app products) can be purchased to supplement your balance.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings (or App Store subscription manager). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are governed strictly by Google Play (or Apple) refund policies. Zynos AI cannot directly issue refunds for in-app transactions.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Ownership of content created using Zynos AI is structured as follows:

• Your Input Materials: You retain all ownership rights to original scripts, selfies, images, and audio files that you upload. You warrant that you own or have licensed the necessary rights for all input files.
• Generated Video Output: Zynos AI hereby transfers all right, title, and interest in and to the final rendered video output files to you. You are free to publish, sell, license, and monetize your generated videos on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other marketing platforms.
• AI Models & Assets: The structural software, AI models, stock libraries, interface designs, logos, and custom templates belong exclusively to Zynos AI.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You agree not to use Zynos AI to generate any videos, voices, or captions that are:

• Defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or promoting violence.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or containing adult content (no NSFW content).
• Infringing on copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or intellectual property of third parties.
• Using voice cloning of public figures, celebrities, or any individual without their explicit written consent.
• Spreading fake news, deepfakes designed to deceive, or malicious political misinformation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zynos AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, views, audience engagement, or ad revenue, arising out of your use of or inability to use our studio.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
