  • Personal Account Details & In-App Billing: Name, email address, password, and purchase history. All subscriptions and in-app product sales are processed securely via Google Play in-app subscriptions and Apple App Store billing. We collect transaction tokens, subscription status, and purchase validation identifiers from Google to provision your access.
  • Device Permissions & Media Uploads: To enable video creation, the mobile app requests explicit access permissions to your **Device Gallery/Photo Library**, **Audio/Files Storage**, and **Camera/Microphone**. This is required so you can select and upload photos, videos, and custom voice recordings to generate talking avatar models and custom speech profiles.
  • Voice Synthesis Data: If you use our voice cloning feature, we collect and process short audio files of your voice to train and generate your custom AI voice.
  • Usage Logs: Information on how you interact with our creator studio, credits consumed, generation durations, and browser specifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data in the following ways:

  • To operate, manage, and maintain your Zynos AI account.
  • To compile and render your short-form videos, avatars, faceless clips, and captions.
  • To process your monthly credit packages and transaction payments.
  • To improve and expand the capabilities of Zynos AI, ensuring "no generic AI slop" output.
  • To communicate security updates, support requests, and feature releases.

3. Biometric and Voice Data Processing

Because Zynos AI offers state-of-the-art Voice Cloning and AI Talking Avatars, we handle sensitive media formats:

  • Your uploaded media and voice clips are used exclusively to process your specific video outputs. We do not sell or lease your biometric or voice print profiles.
  • Voice prints and face vectors are stored securely using top-tier cloud encryption and are completely deleted when you request account deletion.

4. GDPR and CCPA Data Protection Rights

We want to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data and uploaded materials.
  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
